SL Shuttle Services knows how important time management is on a film or TV set. That’s why we work with experienced providers who strive to arrive early for pick-up and only hire qualified drivers. We also offer a wide range of passenger vans, as well as Production Crew Trucks so you can find one that fits your needs. Book a full-size Production crew truck to carry all of your equipment and extras, and/or opt for a/couple 18-passenger van(s) to quickly get your directors and assistant directors to set. 

If you’re planning to film in LA, Toronto, or Atlanta for weeks or months, SL Shuttle Services can provide long-term shuttle services for your team. Actors and crew members usually don’t want to walk or drive their own cars between parking lots, sets, trailers, and the catering area, and waiting on everyone to arrive at a new location wastes time that could be spent filming.  Our hourly rate for travel from destination to destination is: $180/hour. This is a set price for everyone. If all 18 seats are filled, the price will drop per passenger at $7/hour/person.  The Production Truck Driver will be $325/hour/driver/truck.  

When you hire an 18-passenger van or two on a recurring basis, you know that everyone will arrive on set together, rested, and comfortable. Our 18-passenger vans come with plush seats and climate control, and you can even request reclining seats and WiFi. Just  email us at bookings@slshuttleservices.com.

Shoots can be exhausting. Help cast and crew members break up their 12-hour days with plush/reclining seats, air-conditioning, and WiFi on their passenger van(s) while they travel from one location to another. You can even take advantage of the undercarriage luggage space to make storing equipment, costumes, and props a little easier. SL Shuttle Services can also help out studios who offer behind-the-scenes tours for visitors. If your tour includes multiple locations, we’ll find a charter bus to move your guests between them without anyone getting lost or wandering into off-limit areas. You can even request a bus with panoramic windows so tourists don’t have to disembark to see the actors and crew members at work.  SL Shuttle Services Charter Buses will be clocked at $300/hour/bus/driver; and any city tours or city-to-city destinations will require a fee of $3.85/mile/bus.  If you like us to arrange the tours for you, or customize the tours, you will need a  SL Shuttle Service Tour Manager, and his fee for planning tours is typically $75/hour.  For all Singers/Performers, there is a 30% Contract Fee, and $50/hour for customizing services.

Tour companies that need a shuttle on a recurring basis can reach our long-term shuttle experts at info@slshuttleservices.com.  Long term services will require hourly, only on shuttles more than 5 hours with daily rates of up to $3,750/bus/driver. All shuttle services under 5 hours will require the $300/hour/bus/driver/person. 

Whether you’re arranging an official wrap party or a quick happy hour after a day of shooting, a minibus or passenger van is one of the safest ways to take everyone out for the night. You won’t have to worry about whether each person has a safe way to get home—your driver will serve as DD and take your actors and crew members back to their houses or hotels. In certain cities, you can even bring drinks on the bus, though you should let your reservation specialist know in advance if this is something you’d like to do. 

We don’t only help with film production—we can help with what comes after, too. Next time you’re planning a film premiere, message SL Shuttle Services to arrange transportation to the red carpet for your actors and crew. It can be hard to find parking in downtown LA or Manhattan, and you don’t want anyone showing up late because they were circling the block. Rent a minibus/passenger van, and your driver will drop the cast and crew off close to the theater before finding a parking spot elsewhere. 

If you want a sleek, modern look, you can request an all-black or all-white minibus/passenger van. And rest assured that we’ll provide amenities like plush seats/reclining seats, and climate control. Your team deserves to celebrate their accomplishments in comfort.

 The fee structure is very simple with SL Shuttle Services:

• $150/hour (up to two people);
• Save $6/hour for each additional traveler (up to 12 travelers);
• The Holding fee is $50 (for any shuttle 100 miles or less); and $100 for shuttles above 100 miles;
• The Sitting Fee is only needed for travelers who want us to wait in between suggested trips while using SL Shuttle Services.  (For example, waiting for the wedding ceremony, and waiting for the reception, etc.)
• If you do "city travel" while using SL Shuttle Services, the charge is $2.50/mile.
• If for any reason one of our drivers are traveling more than 5 hours, it is considered Per Diem.  Our Per Deim rates are for the drivers at $95/night, $500/week.
• There is a 25% Deposit that goes toward the total due, at time of booking.
• All weekly shuttles must be booked at least 3-6 months prior to riding with SL Shuttle Services.
• All Daily shuttles must be booked within 3 weeks of your booking to have ample shuttle availability.
• All Pet Transports must be booked 3 weeks in advance.
• All rush deliveries for pets transports before 3 weeks will cost $150, $275 for rush delivery prior to two weeks, $500 for deliveries prior to a week, $650 for rush deliveries within a day.
• All Healthcare Product Transport must be booked within a month prior to needing supplies or a $250 fee will be added for rush delivery before 3 weeks, $500 for rush delivery within 2 weeks, $800 for deliveries prior to one week, and $1200 for rush delivery overnight.
• Rush pets and healthcare deliveries do not get added unless it is prior to the 3 weeks (or 1 month for Healthcare Deliveries).
• Cancelation Fees are $35 (for wedding, personal transports);  $75 (for team, business, private events, college-spring break travelers); 
• Acceptance Fee: $150 for travel under 100 miles , and $250 for above 250, and is only accessed to the bill if a driver has to travel to you with no passenger to pick up/drop off in your direction.  The driver gets paid for their time to travel to you.
• Return Fee is the opposite of the Acceptance Fee: it is used for when driving passengers to a drop off location within 100 miles (or over 100 miles) with no pick up in the drop off location.
• Acceptance/Returning Fees are added ONLY for local drivers within their given state/location.
• Gratuities are 20% of the total driving bill, not including Per Deim, Holding, Acceptance/Return Fees, or Cancellations Fees. But It does include hourly rates, mileage, and Sitting Fees.

 SL Shuttle Services provides the following Discount Program for our passengers:

• Senior/Student Discount Program: 15% off total drive fees (hourly, mileage, sitting fees, and gratuity);
• Senior must provide an ID that shows that he/she is 65 or older;
• Students must provide their Student ID, and Academic Class Schedule for the discount to apply;
• Nurses/Doctors Discount Program: 20% off total drive fees (hourly, mileage, sitting fees, and gratuities); 
• Nurses/Doctors would need to show proof of the clinical IDs;
• Military/First Responders Discount Program: 25% off total drive fees (hourly, mileage, sitting fees, and gratuities);
• Military/First Responders would need a  Valid Veteran Card or Valid First Responder ID;
• Your military hat, tattoos, invalid IDs, or a certificate will not work for the SL Shuttle Services Discount Program.
